Welcome to Drop Zone Golf . By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site.

1. General Information

 Drop Zone Golf sells both second-hand and new golf equipment and accessories.

  • Second-hand items are pre-owned and may show signs of wear, which will be described in each product listing.

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge the condition of the item as described (new or second-hand).

2. Eligibility

  • To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a purchase.

3. Products & Descriptions

  • We aim to describe all items accurately with clear photos and condition notes.

  • Second-hand items are sold “as seen” and may have minor imperfections due to prior use.

  • New items are covered by the relevant manufacturer’s warranty (where applicable).

  • Small variations in colour, wear, or packaging may occur and do not constitute a fault.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in [GBP] and include/exclude VAT as stated.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout through the methods offered.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to the addresses provided at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on couriers.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as sold:

    • Second-hand items: must not be further used after delivery.

    • New items: must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable.

  • Faulty or misdescribed items will be refunded or replaced in line with consumer protection laws.
