Refund policy

📦 Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • In the same condition as when sold.

    • Not used after delivery (clubs must not have been played, trolleys must not have been taken on the course, etc.).

    • Returned in the original packaging (where applicable).

  • Each product listing includes photos and condition notes. By purchasing, you accept that the item is second-hand and may show signs of previous use as described.


💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrectly listed).


🔄 Exchanges

  • We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or significantly not as described.

  • Please contact us first before sending anything back.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

  • If the return is due to our error or a faulty listing, we will cover return postage.


⏱️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used after delivery.

  • Clearance or final-sale items.

  • Gift cards and digital products.
