To be eligible, items must be:

In the same condition as when sold.

Not used after delivery (clubs must not have been played, trolleys must not have been taken on the course, etc.).

Returned in the original packaging (where applicable).

Each product listing includes photos and condition notes. By purchasing, you accept that the item is second-hand and may show signs of previous use as described.
💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrectly listed).
🔄 Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or significantly not as described.

We recommend using a tracked service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
