Frequently Asked Questions

Buying from DropZone Golf

Are the photos of the actual club?

Yes. We want you to know what you’re buying, so our used equipment is presented with genuine product photography wherever applicable rather than hiding condition behind generic stock images.

How do you grade club condition?

We use five clear grades: Brand New, Excellent, Good, Fair and Poor. Our Condition Guide explains what each grade means and what level of wear to expect.

Do you check clubs before selling them?

Equipment is checked before sale so the listing can accurately describe the club and its condition.

Selling & trading

How do I get a valuation?

Use our Sell / Trade In service, tell us what you have, select the condition and upload clear photos. We’ll use those details to assess the equipment and provide a valuation.

What photos should I send?

Clear photos of the full club plus the face, sole and any notable wear or damage are best. Good photos help us value your equipment accurately.

What if I’m unsure about the condition?

Use the closest grade from our Condition Guide. If you’re between two grades, choose the lower one and let the photos show us the club properly.

Can I trade my clubs towards an upgrade?

Yes. DropZone Golf is built around buying, selling and trading equipment, making it easier to move unused clubs on and put the value towards your next upgrade.

Orders & support

How do I contact you?

Email is the best way to reach the DropZone Golf team. It keeps order details, photos and quote information together so we can deal with your query properly.

I have a problem with an order. What should I send?

Please include your order number, a short explanation of the issue and photos where relevant. That gives us what we need to help quickly.
